"I give, devise, and bequeath the sum of ____________ Dollars (____$) to Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity, EIN ________, currently located at 1545 E Spring Street, Cookeville, TN 38501, for its general use and purposes."

​Support Upper Cumberland Habitat and Save on Taxes with an IRA Gift
Did you know you can make a meaningful gift to Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity directly from your IRA—and potentially reduce your tax burden?
If you're 70½ or older, you may be eligible to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). Here’s how it works:

• Life insurance gifts can include whole life, universal, and other forms of life insurance policies. You can contribute all or part of a policy to Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity when you are named as a beneficiary while retaining ownership of the policy and having access to the policy’s cash value.
• Simply set up a time to speak with your insurance provider to designate Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity as the beneficiary.
