Ongoing Invitation to Bid Process |
Putnam County Habitat for Humanity extends this Invitation to Bid on certain items or services for 2018--2019. Our projects include new construction and revitalization projects around Putnam and Overton County. Habitat will utilize both private and public funding – which may include THDA, HOME and TAAD Grants – for some of these projects, including our Aging In Place program*, will abide by all federal state and local procurement guidelines set forth. PCHFH accepts bids on an ongoing basis.
Applicable city, state, and federal regulations such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246 are required. To be considered, your bid must include the following completed documents that must be submitted two ways. First, email your bid sheets to Bob Jett. Documents must be also be signed and mailed to Putnam County Habitat for Humanity, ATTN: Bob Jett, 728 E. 15th St., Cookeville, TN 38501 The documents that should be emailed and mailed are as follows:

*The funding for this project was provided through a grant awarded by the Davidson County Chancery Court, Part III from the SeniorTrust/ElderTrust settlement (Case No. 11-1548-III) and through a contract administered by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability.
